Last week we started our little article series about colors psychology and had a closer look at color circles
Today we will get a bit closer to the matter how colors affect us by dealing with red, blue and yellow. Our good old friends from our color box.
So grab a brush and lets start! 😀 Continue reading “Colors and Psychology: Red – Blue – Yellow”
Today I want to talk ablut color psychology, symbolism of colors and how we might see colors.
Everybody sees colors in a different way. Some are talking about a very light blue, while others see the same color as a light purple. That’s why it is so difficult for graphic designers to fullfill the color wishes of their customers. Everbody knows it: “I want a very happy green for my website” and then they show you an example of this happy green which turns out to be the backside of some dried leaves. It is a way to see things.
Sometimes I ask myself: Does my customer really know what I am doing? Ok I also ask myself: what the hell is the craftsman doing, who is fixing my heating or my dishwasher? I don’t get it, I don’t understand it, I haven’t learnt what he is doing. But when he is done I am very happy that everything works properly again.
