WordPress-Tipp: Special Characters

I am a great fan of typography. I also think, that it is great when you use the corrects typographical characters even in web. Correct characters mean: quotation marks, depending on the language you are publishing in, or correct dashes. In one of my next TypoTips I will tell you, what the correct charaters are.

Today I am going to tell you, how you can create them in WordPress. Some like dashes, can be created with a special short cut via your keyboard, but characters like quotation marks are not always that easy. But you don’t even need a plugin.

Just go to your formating bar and select this
